With over 43 years of exemplary finance and business experience, Ashutosh Sharma is a seasoned expert in Zambia's financial and corporate sectors. He has held senior leadership and directorship roles in some of Zambia’s largest and fastest-growing entities, driving innovation, operational excellence, and financial sustainability. As one of Zambia’s first individuals to achieve Fellowship status in the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA-UK).

In founding Ashu Sharma Associates more than 15 years ago, Ashutosh brought his unparalleled knowledge to businesses across diverse industries. His contributions have consistently resulted in improved profitability, operational efficiency, and compliance for his clients.

Sumedha Vashist is a highly accomplished finance professional with over 10 years of experience in financial management, investment management, and international taxation. She became the youngest individual to earn the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CIMA-UK) designation at the age of 19, clearing all exams on the first attempt. She has successfully led multinational teams, managing complex cross-border financial operations and navigating multi-country taxation and accounting challenges. Notable achievements include leading a multi-million dollar government tender project and designing tax-efficient control systems.

With deep expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, and advanced taxation for both Zambia and the USA, Sumedha ensures financial accuracy and compliance across various jurisdictions. She is currently in the final stage of the prestigious CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) program, which emphasizes investment management and financial analysis, equipping her to deliver strategic insights that drive substantial value for corporate clients.  Known for her personalized approach, Sumedha tailors solutions to meet clients' unique needs, driving growth, operational efficiency, and long-term success.

Swasti Vashist is a highly skilled finance professional with over 7 years of experience in corporate finance, risk management, and strategic planning. A Chartered Global Management Accountant, Swasti cleared all of her exams on the first attempt and is currently in the final stage of the prestigious Financial Risk Management (FRM) program, which focuses on identifying, analyzing, and managing financial risks. She was also the top scorer in both the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) and CIMA exams. With deep expertise in financial reporting, analysis, taxation, and risk management, she has a proven track record of optimizing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and delivering actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
